are very powerful. They are also compatible with Mach3
breakout boards that use step / direction signals.

The IM805 is small,easy to interface and use, yetpowerful enough to handle themost demanding applications.The IM805 has 14 built-in microstepresolutions (both binaryand decimal). The resolution canbe changed at any time withoutthe need to reset the driver. Thisfeature allows the user to rapidlymove long distances, yet precisely position the motor at the end of travel withoutthe expense of high performance controllers.With the development of proprietary and patented circuits, ripple current hasbeen minimized to reduce motor heating common with other designs, allowingthe use of low inductance motors to improve high speed performance andsystem efficiency.The IM805, because of its small size and low cost, can be used to increaseaccuracy and smoothness in systems using higher step angle motors.
