PLEASE NOTE:Unless there is a defect in the item or shipping damage to the unit, there is a 20% re-stocking fee for returned items, the buyer must pay for return shipping, and the unit must be returned within 14 days, in the condition it was sold in. Refunds aregiven after inspection is made, the initial shipping costs are deducted from that refund. Returned collect shipments will not be accepted.
Claims for damage in transit must be made by the consignee with the Carrier. getequip Used Restaurant Equipment assumes no responsibility for damages while in transit. Inspect for damage and make notation on the Bill of Lading BEFORE the driver leaves your location even if box is damages a little. If damage is not noted on B.O.L. claims cannot be done. If signature is required on USPS, FedEx, inspect before signing. Note damage with carrier before they leave.
Products must be in the condition you received and in the original packaging. Refund includes the item purchase price only and does not include any shipping charges. You are responsible for shipping charges.
