Our 5 year old Samsung 6555N threw a code in late March. Called a company out to look at it / fix it. They said we needed a new fuser. So we bought a new one, put it in, machine reacted the same and kept throwing the same code. Took us until July to find someone who knew the machine to properly diagnose the problem. Turns out we need a repair kit that can no longer be gotten. So the machine is dead to us. After we just bought a new fuser, tonor, and a drum.
