BeckerDVT pumps are standard equipment on many OEM products,and are ideal for replacement of virtually any otherbrand - even oil-lubricated pumps. All DVT pumps are100% oil free. There is never any oil in the blastair to contaminate your product.
BeckerDVT pumps are designed for the toughest applicationson the most modern printing presses and bindery equipment.Not only has their ruggedness been improved, but theyare also more efficient. Each model provides the sameflow as its predecessor, but with less power consumption.
DVTpumps provide plenty of blast air and suction, andare supplied with regulating valves for both as standardequipment.
Thesepumps have improved cooling systems to ensure thatthey survive applications that would destroy ordinarypumps. These pumps operate cooler than the previousversion. In addition, a built-in aftercooler producescooler discharge air, which minimizes static electricitybuild-up.
Built-inoversized inlet filters for both the primary and secondsuction remove dust and dirt present around the pressroomequipment. A large discharge filter removes all carbondust from the blast air so that there is no contaminationof printed material.
TheDVT series pumps are designed with convenience andminimum maintenance in mind. All regulating valvesand all filters are on the same side of the pump. Theinlet filters and the discharge filter housing arerevealed by removing a cover plate with several largeknobs. Checking or changing the vanes is a simple operationthat takes only a few minutes.
