Shipments
  • Please note, the item will only be shipped after cleared/confirmed funds are received.
  • If you need expedited shipping, Please give us a call or leave us a message before making the payment. We do Expedited Shipping if payment gets clear before 12PM EST, or it will be processed on the Next Business Day. If you need expedited shipping service, charges will increase based on type of expedited service used and destination address.
  • Items normally ship within 1-3 Business days after payment is received. Items will not ship on Saturday and Sunday.
  • All items are packaged and shipped in a professional manner. The confirmation and tracking number will be sent to you once the item is shipped.
  • There is no local pickup fee. • But we will charge a small packaging/handling fee of $4.95. Please contact us before making a purchase.
  • Please pick up your item within 15 days of your purchase. One business day notice prior to pick up is required so that we can get item ready for pick up.
  • Domestic: Flat rate fees are for Continental U.S. shipping ONLY. Alaska, Hawaii and ALL other NON Contiguous Territories cost extra.
  • International: We will ship International. Please note that Customers/Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs or any other charges as such on items being shipped to a foreign country. If the item is shipped to a U.S. exporter, once it is received by the exporter we are no longer responsible for the item.
Returns

*Refunds/exchanges will be issued within 30 days post the receipt of the equipment.

*Condition and packaging of returned items must be original and they must be sealed and unused.

*We reserve the right to reject the items with physical damage, incomplete packaging or incomplete items after inspection.

*In cases where the damage is caused while in transit of the return, it is customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier and file a damage claim upon receiving notification from us. The responsibility is solely distributed between customer and the carrier.

*No returns are accepted after 30 days. However, if product has an issue, you may contact us for a repair if possible.

Warranty

*When ordering from Zantek Medical, you are ordering a Biomed tested device (unless otherwise specified) from our certified Biomed team. We are glad to offer a hassle and risk free warranty for most of our products. Contact us if you want to start a warranty.

*30 day warranty on all complete units, cables or parts.

*Item sold “AS-IS” are not eligible for returns or covered by any warranty.

Accessories, Stand & Cables
  • Item comes with everything you see in the picture but stand. (If pictures; Stand not included in the shipping cost unless specified). You will get nothing more or less.
  • If it isn’t included in the picture and is not specified here, do not assume that you would be getting it.
  • Accessories that are included in the picture would be given to you, accessories that are not present in the picture are not going to be a part of the item.
  • For the power cord, you are getting the power cord if you see a separate picture of it, otherwise we use it to test the item. (For availability, please contact us).
  • Shipping costs include the shipping and handling of the item and the accessories, for items with stand, please read below.
Items with stand:
  • Stand comes with additional shipping cost.
  • If you see an item that is pictured with stand, please note that stand is for reference only.
  • If you would like us to ship the stand, it is available upon request with additional shipping charges (for USA only).
  • If including stand with the item, you are requested to send us your zip code before invoicing, we would be calculating and adding the additional shipping cost to the invoice for you. • If not requested, item will be shipped without stand.
