Customer is solely responsible for obtaining the requisite software licenses from the equipment manufacturers or qualified agent, and for any related additional costs.
CISL Company will invoice the appropriate sales tax if required. All items picked up are subject to sales tax if the Buyer has no valid resale certificate or tax-exempt certification on file with CISL Company. Provision of a valid resale certificate or tax-exempt certification with payment will exempt buyers from sales tax. Sales tax is based on the current use tax rate. Sales exemption must be forwarded to CISL Company prior to or within 24 hours of close of listing.
For freight shipments, we can provide a quote. Please provide your business zip code and if a loading dock is available. Shipments indicating free shipping or free freight shipping will be sent economy ground service for domestic orders and economy ocean freight to port for international orders. For deliveries requiring lift-gate service at time of delivery or for residential deliveries, a $150 fee will be added to shipping total. Orders require signature at time of delivery. Local pick up not allowed unless specified. Shipping to be handled through CISL Company. For local pick up availability, please contact prior to purchase and review the Waiver and Release of Liability clause below.
For international customers, import duties and other associated taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer\'s responsibility. Please check local laws and speak with your countries customs department regarding import duties/taxes.
