We ship all orders using either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders shipped viathe United States Postal Service include insurance up to $50.00. Orders being shipped using UPS include insurance of up to $100.00.
Should the value of your purchase exceed these amounts we strongly suggest requesting additional insurance otherwise you agree, by purchasing this item, to a refund not to exceed the listed insurance amounts should your order be damaged during shipping.
We ship daily, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. We strive to ship all orders within 1 business day from the time that we receive your cleared payment. (Please be aware that should you pay using the "E-Check" payment using PayPal that it will take approximately 7 business days for your payment to be cleared.)If your cleared payment is received before 12:00pm(cst) we will make every attempt to ship your order the same day.
At the time that your order isprepared for shipping a tracking number will automatically be sent to you by so that you can easily track the delivery status and expected arrival date of your order. Please understand that it may take the carrier up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated on their website.
Once your order has been turned over to the delivery carrier we have no control over the delivery. By purchasing from our company you agree that oncean order is shown as "delivered" by the carrier that you will, at that point, not hold us responsible for an undelivered item. Should you not be able to find your delivered item we suggest that you may wish to check with your neighbors or contact the carrier directly.
Unless stated otherwise within this listing, we do offer a 30 dayreturn policyfor our items. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply initiate the return process through your account and please try to be as specific as possible for us about your dissatisfaction. We will, generally, reply within a matter of hours to your request.
If we have inadvertentlysent you an incorrect item we will send you a shipping label so that the item can be returned to our office. Upon receiving it back at our warehouse we will initiate a refund for you through PayPal for the total amount of your purchase, including shipping.
If you receive an order which has been damaged please be sure to take pictures of the damage as well as the package or box itself before you initiate the return process. During the return process you will have the option to upload the pictures and we would greatly appreciate you doing so. Upon receiving your return request for a damaged item we will notify the delivery carrier of the damage. Generally speaking the delivery carrier will request that you hold onto the merchandise as well as the packaging for up to 10 business days as they may wish to send a representative to inspect the damage. Just as soon as we have received confirmation from the delivery carrier a decision will be made whether or not the merchandise is to be returned to our office or not prior to receiving a full refund.
From time to time we all order items and then after receiving them they are just not quite right or what we expected. This is not a problem. Simply initiate the return process and once we have accepted your request we will send you our return address so that you can return the item to us. Once the item has been received back at our warehouse we will initiate a refund for you through PayPal for the original purchase amount, less the original shipping fees. Unfortunately we are not able to refund shipping fees in this circumstance.
