This Flashcut CNC Model 401A w/ XZA Axis Control Boxappear to be in good cosmetic condition with signs of prior use or wear.They powered on as shown in the photos. I do not have a power adapter for the 401A unit, as I used a test cord to power it up.
However, I lack the knowledge or equipment to test them further, so due to little testing, they are being sold as-is.
