The Phaostron Line Test Meter says it goes from 0-120 (Maybe that\'s Volts - Again I\'m not sure)
This wasfound at my Grandparents.What you see is what you will be purchasing. I Really don\'t knowmuch about thispiece at all - except from what I\'ve picked up online. If this is listed in the wrong selling section, any help would be greatly appreciated.
I don\'t know how to test it. Butthe Casing & Cosmetic of the unit look sound.There is some wear, so this is an as is piece. So Iwould recommend servicing to be safe - Could be a STEAL FOR THE RIGHT BUYER or STEAM PUNK CREATOR
