It is in good used condition, but does have some discoloration on the pan compartment & lid typical of steamers. We tested it in our shop and its working fine. This unit will require a direct water line hookup. We will include the water connection filter regulator assembly. Push button steam release with adjustable amount of steam provides consistent results.
