For sale is a fully enclosed SIHI LPHA vacuum pump system with 75HP Toshiba Motor. We have two of these available. This listing is for ONE. They were originally purchased by Intel in 1996, but it was the wrong system for their application and they only used them for 50 hours. They were connected at their facility ever since. They have now been professionally disconnected and moved to our facility. We contacted SIHI service and they told us that we can either buy the bearings and have them replaced right away, or just run it and see if the bearings fail down the line. The parts needed are specified below. We have not tried running them nor have we purchased any parts.
