Should you experience a problem with your order or product, please do the following:

We cannot resolve your issue if you do not give us a chance to do so.
2. We only accept returns if they:
a. Are within the warranty period listed on the item. Most items carry a 14-day guarantee.
b. If you order the wrong size, be aware that you will have to pay to ship it back to us and you will be charged a shipping fee to ship the correct size to you. So please check your size and the size chart listed for most clothing items.
IF ORDERING A HODGMAN WADER, PLEASE GOOGLE - Hodgman Size Chart - to determine your proper size. It is frustrating when you order the wrong size as it costs you money to ship it back etc.
Please understand we have a low profit margin so we cannot pay to ship an item back to us that is not our mistake.
We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee for orders with wrong sizes. Please understand it costs us money to re-list an item, restock an item, and to re-ship an item to you!
