this is a Seacor PST-5000 Power Semiconductor Tester it has been tested to charge (charger not included 12v center pin neg coaxial) it detected power through the two test leads plugged into V peak as per manual. although it read correctly the full range of tests were not performed because this thing does many things it will be sold as is with no return or refund i will include manual on CD (pdf) the switch for +- peak is missing button see photos. shipping will be $13.75 priority
