This is a "bridge" type impedance analyzer which compares its own internal known with an external unknown element. We are including documentation on a CD. If you are studying this item then you already are somewhat versed on it. †hese are used to sort out transformer windings, coil inductances, winding ratios, as well as estimate ideal termination resistance (with a decade box) and aide you in calculating gain.
