We sell a mix of new, used and salvage items.
Any new items we sell are factory sealed, “open box” or without original packaging, accessories or documentation..
Any used items are fully functional unless otherwise noted. Used items may have wear and tear such as scratches, scuffs, marks, dust, dirt, and/or debris.
Any salvage items do not function properly or do not function at all. Typically, they have the wear and tear of used items or worse. They are sold as is and returns are NOT accepted for these items.
Payments for Buy It Now Items
We only accept PayPal as form of payment. Other forms of payment will NOT be accepted. Immediate payment is required for all Buy It Now listings; excluding Best Offer listings.

PayPal payments only. Payment must be received within 7 days. Otherwise, an unpaid item dispute will be opened.
All items are subjected to one business day handling.
All “Free Shipping” items ship economy or standard shipping depending on distance of customer. Other forms of expedited shipping are available at request but will require extra payment to cover shipping costs.
Larger items require calculated shipping. We offer Fedex Smartpost, Fedex Ground, UPS Ground and USPS Priority shipping for these items. Other expedited shipping services (at extra cost) and combined shipping available at request.
Local pickup also available at request on most of our items.
We only ship to the US, US territories, and Canada. We DO NOT ship to any other international or APO/DPO/FPO addresses. NO EXCEPTIONS.
When your shipment arrives, it is in the best interest of the customer to inspect any and all items for satisfaction within the allotted return period.
All return/refund requests for items purchased MUST be inquired through ’s messaging system. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returns/Refunds will be accepted within 14 days after receiving shipment for the following reasons:
Item(s) has been described as working but does not power on or operate properly.
Item(s) has been described as new, a certain cosmetic condition, color or size but does not match the description in the listing.
Item(s) do not match the features or specifications as described in listing.
Returns/Refunds may be subjected up to a 20% restocking fee and buyer pays return shipping if:
Buyer changes mind or no longer needs the item.
Buyer purchases item by mistake or a part or device is found to be incompatible.

Returns/Refunds will NOT be accepted for:
Any item(s) described “as is”, “for parts or repair” or “no return”.
Any item(s) after 14 days after receiving item.

Refunds are issued after retrieval and processing of the returned item(s). Processing usually takes 1-2 business days.
Beyond the 14 day return window, we DO NOT provide any other warranty for our items unless otherwise noted.
