Solar fence charger by American Farm Works. 5 mile rated. 0.10 Output Joules. It includes a 6 Volt back up battery for up to 2 weeks with no sun. It is built to sit on top of a metal fence post but can also be screwed to a wood post. You will have to turn this on and put it in the sun for 2 days to charge the battery before use. We used one just like this for a couple years and no cow wants to challenge this charger more than once. It is perfect for a remote pasture. Originally sold by Tractor supply, This was never used as we just decided to stick with welded pipe fencing instead of posts and wire.
