I was able to power on this unit, and at first it shows \"EE\" on the display with a flashing ERR indicator. Pressingany of the buttons on front causes the display to show as expected, also stopping the error light from flashing.
I do not have the knowledge or equipment to further test this unit, so it is sold As-Is.
