No OS / OS Not Loaded / COA only stated in a listingmeans that there is no Operating System Loaded on the Unit that is posted forsale. The COA (Certificate of Authenticity) sticker is located on the unit andhas the Product Key needed to be able to load that OS on your unit. Obtainingthe proper disk/flash drive for the OS is the buyer\'s responsibility.
No COA means that the unit for sale does not containthe COA or Product Key needed to load an Operating System on the PC. Buyer isresponsible for everything needed (COA and Install Disk) to load an OperatingSystem on the unit.
If a PC (laptop and/or Desktop) reads \"Hard driveError\" \"Media Not Found\" or \"No BootableDevice Found\" type of message on the screen.. this is not a defect inthe unit. It means an Operating System needs to be loaded on the unit. Ourunits are sold/shipped with a completely clean/wiped Hard Drive so the unitwill give this kind of message until an OS is loaded.
IF AT ANY TIME WE DECIDE TO ACCEPT A RETURN (AS ACOURTESY) THAT IS OUTSIDE OUR WARRANTY DESCRIPTION THERE WILL BE A 20%RESTOCKING FEE AND ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
