Packing & Shipping: We help arrange shipping, crating and packaging. These functions are sometimes performed by the manufacturer of the goods. We neither accept any responsibility for their performance, nor accept any responsibility for the merchandise being damaged after it leaves our warehouse or that of our supplier.
If your product gets damaged in route to you, we will help you with handling the damage claim with the shipper. But, you are responsible for filing a damage claim.
It is your responsibility to inspect your item for concealed damage immediately after you receive it. You should open the item during delivery and note any internal damage not already noted on the bill of lading. Any and all damaged equipment must be documented with the freight driver before the driver departs your location. Also, Freight companies only accept hidden damage claims for a short time after delivery, normally 2 weeks.
We try to present the item as accurately as possible. The presentation is based on the information available to us, and our knowledge. We cannot guarantee this information's accuracy.
All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or cancellations. If we do decide to make an exception to this rule, we reserve the right to charge up to a 25% restocking fee of the total order.
If the buyer thinks there is a misrepresentation regarding the item or it's condition in our
posting, or Terms and Conditions, the buyer must relay to the seller why he/she believes that is so. The seller will review the facts and make a decision whether or how to resolve the issue. If the seller agrees that there is a misrepresentation the seller will refund only the offer amount of the merchandise and related sales tax, upon its return to our warehouse, freight paid by buyer. We will not refund shipping or crating charges. The buyer agrees to accept the seller's final decision.
Any concerns must be submitted to us by email within 15 days of receipt of the item, or 42 days from the end of the sale, which ever date comes first.
