Anemometer is in great condition, has a US-CE-C yellow reflective sticker on it witch is over previously etched us-ce-c lettering. Other than some possible slight casting defects there is very light if any scratches. The chrome ring looks nice as well. The leather case handle is broken off, the cage cover seem is worn and cracked, the case has worn and scuffed wear. The snaps work well and the cover stays closed. The strap on back is serviceable, and look unused but has light wear as if it has been stowed many time and may have been in a storage box in transit movements. US Army Engineer service.
