The Thomas Memory Monitoring Thermometer is a digital thermometer used for monitoring the temperatures in liquids, gases, water baths, freezers, and refrigerators. The thermometer measures temperature from -50 to 70 degrees C (-58 to 158 degrees F), with an accuracy of + or -1 degree C. The 0.75" probe has a 10 ft. micro cable, which can be shut in a refrigerator door without creating a gap. The thermometer memory stores minimum/maximum values and has a temperature alarm that can be programmed to indicate audibly when the temperature exceeds a maximum or minimum value. The alarm will continue to sound even when the temperature returns to the set range, until it is turned off. This thermometer is traceable to National Institute of Standards and Technology, indicating that it is calibrated to International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17025 levels. The Thomas Memory Monitor Thermometer is used in food storage, scientific laboratories, and other industries that require temperature monitoring. A: You are welcome to return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. There will be information included with your order regarding our return procedure. You must contact us prior to returning an item for it to be accepted.

We offer free 30 day returns on this item for any reason. Please contact us if you want to return this item so we can provide a prepaid return label. At your request, we can ship a replacement item (if available), instead of issuing a refund.

Please note that if you have paid extra for a faster shipping option (for example 2nd Day Air), the additional shipping cost is nonrefundable. In addition, we are only able to cover return shipping from the address that we shipped your order to. If you use a mail forwarder or other service to forward the package from that address, you will be responsible for the cost to return the item to the forwarder location.

Q: When Will My Item Be Shipped?

A: All items paid by 3:00 PM EST will ship same day. The ones paid after that time, will ship next business day. Holidays, Saturday and Sundays are not business days. If your item was purchased after 3:00 PM EST on Friday, it will be shipped on Monday.

A: Yes. However, in very rare cases when we think the original box is not strong enough to protect your item during shipping, we will replace it with a new box and pack it professionally.

Q: What If My Item Was Damaged Or Lost in Shipping?

A: All shipments are fully insured. We will file an insurance claim and you will receive a full refund within 5 business days, in case of damaged item that is not repairable. You must keep the item and its packaging for up to 8 business days as the carrier may inspect it. If your item was lost in transit, the carrier has 8 business days to locate the package. If your package is not found, you will receive a full refund.

A: We offer free standard shipping to addresses in the continental United States on the majority of our items. Exceptions may include extremely large items that are shipped via a freight carrier.

A: We ship to Canada almost all products we offer. If you're from a different country or U.S. Protectorates, you need to contact us about shipping costs prior to purchase. Q: Do You Ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?

A: Yes, but you must contact us for shipping rates prior to purchase. The offered shipping cost in the listing applies only to 48 states.

Q: Is Local Pick-up Available?

A: Local pickup is available from our Holland, Michigan warehouse location. The following rules apply to all local pickups:
- Buyer must select 'Local Pickup' as the shipping option at time of checkout. We will not be able to change this after checkout has been completed.
- Only the buyer listed on the information we receive from may pick up an item. No third party pickups, or pickups by a shipping carrier, are allowed
- Buyer must be able to pick up the item between 9:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Weekend or evening pickups are not available at this time.
- We will notify you via message once your order is ready for pickup, and will provide pickup details at that time. Pickup attempts before this message is sent will be refused.
- Any orders where the shipping address is outside of Michigan and local pickup is selected may be shipped using our normal free shipping.
- Any orders where the shipping address is outside the continental United States and local pickup is selected may be cancelled without notice.
- Any orders not picked up within 5 business days of the notification that your order is ready for pickup may be cancelled without further notice.

Q: How Long Do I Have to Pay For My Item?
