This is not your standard drill press! This is Clausing\'s 20\" Drill Press that is USA Made and has several optional features. It is a 150 to 2000 variable speed model that has a Allen-Bradley 160SSC Variable Speed Drive Box. Then another unique accessory is a start/stop foot switch, just set it on the floor and go! The drill press head sits on a Clausing 24\"x40\" Table that has a trough around the table where you can re-circulate coolant if needed. Then lastly it has a Jacobs 18N heavy duty ball-bearing chuck and arbor, this alone normally sells for over $400.00! It has a female #3 morse taper spindle with a spindle travel of 6-1/2\". Motor is 208/230/460 and is 3-phase, currently wired to 460-volt. Serial number is 20-533236 and it is a Model 2284.
