All items valued over$200.00 include delivery confirmation. Please note that once a package has left ourfacility, we have absolutely no way of changing the delivery address. If we need to reship the unit because it hasbeen returned to us you will be responsible for the additional shippingcharges.
Our preferred method ofInternational Shipping is via USPS Express Mail International as it is the mostcost effective, includes a tracking number, and includes insurance. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE willwe ship via any method which does not include a tracking number and deliveryconfirmation or provide false information on customs forms. Our preferred LTL Carriers areDayton Freight, Old Dominion, and UPS Freight. If you are interested in purchasing a larger item which requiresfreight, please contact us directly for the best freight price possible. Please note that we quote you the exact priceof freight and do not include any additional charges of any kind. If you would like us to work with a differentcarrier, or you would like to arrange freight, please contact us and we will giveyou the pickup address, dimensions, and weight. Please note that items will notbe shipped until the freight charges have been paid.
- We will under no circumstance ship an item when payment has not cleared orthe item has not yet been paid for.
All items MUST be paid for within 7 days. If an item is not paid forwithin 7 days we will open an unpaid item case through to cancel thetransaction.

Pleasecontact us directly to let us know you will be returning the defective unit.Once we receive the unit and have verified it is in the same condition as whenwe shipped it, we will either send you a replacement unit if we have one instock or we will issue a refund for the unit price only back to the same method of payment.
