Selling a VINTAGE HP 4800A VECTOR IMPEDANCE UNIT.
It comeswith 4801A PLUG-IN. It POWERS ON but is UNTESTED.
This tester was declared excess by a university closing a battery lab.
Cosmetically it appears in very nice condition.
I have no working knowledge of this unit and no way to test.
I am able to change the various knobs and see the meters move
It has a 4801A DIRECT MEASUREMENT Plug-in.
Inability to test makes the a \"PARTS ONLY SALE\"
