Up for sale is a nice Pre- L S Starrett, Athol Machine. Co. no. 500 9\" combination square set. It has the ruler marked Athol Mch. Co. No. 500, plus a combination square head with a heart shaped thumbscrew opening and a centering V head. There is no makers label on the combination square head or the centering V head. The V head has no thumbscrew, it is missing. The spirit level vial on the combination head is cracked with no liquid inside. I think this set is made up of a few different makers parts, but certainly has a Very old ruler. Overall decent shape, but needs some cleaning. Take a look at the pictures.It is a used item that shows appropriate signs of wear and use for its age and purpose.Please check out the pictures closely and you be the judge.We will combine shipping whenever possible.Sold as is, no returns.
