Bay West paper towel dispenser the outer cover is a light weight metal probably aluminum. The back section is heavier and thicker.
It works but I don\'t have the original key....easily opened with a small key like a suitcase key or something similar.
Wooden rollers inside between which the paper towels feed , after the button is pushed and the crank is turned.
Original instruction sheet for loading the cabinet.
