This is a used unit. I plugged this in and the screen comes on, and the few buttons I used on the keyboard worked. Cosmetically, it is in great shape! I did not see any areas that had any damage or wear. I did not test the printer. Comes with 2 New ribbon cartridges, and a dictionary and storage diskette that has been used.
