Very nice vintage ACME STEEL CO. strapping/band tensioner. I know very little about this item so please ask questions.
This appears to be an earlier model than most. It is marked with the model number C1204C and is stamped ACME STEEL CO. MADE IN USA.The more modern examples seem to be ACME INTERLAKE model B2AO. It appears to be in very good condition. It ratchets very well and the release works.The teeth inside and on the rack are in very good condition with very little wear and no chips.
This item is NOT NEW, IT HAS BEEN USED AND NOT ABUSED and is in VERY NICE CONDITION
