Overall appearance is very good. This is a rugged instrument made for taking a beating in the field. Gray wrinkle painted metal cabinet is very good, shows moderate use. Very little rust on case hardware. Handle is very good. Front panel very good, panel markings are all excellent. Sockets look OK. Meter face is excellent but there is a repair to the top right edge of meter cover (see photo). Needle moves freely full scale, no binding.All controls turn freely. Pushbuttons & levers all move easily. Line adjust works properly.Roll chart doesn\'t move easily, will need a little attention. Original power cord is very good. Tested a known good 6AC7 accurately but, when trying to test a known good 5U4, the filament wouldn\'t light upso I\'m selling as-is for parts or repair. Includes a tube chart & several supplements.Pictures are of the actual item you are offerding on.
