This is a vintage Heathkit FM Stereo signal generator, model # IG-37. This generator is very clean, and appears that it may have been a factory wired unit, rather than made from a kit due to the quality of the build. Electrolytic capacitors test good. All tubes test strong on my emissions tube tester, and they are of various brands. I replaced four of the tubes in the unit with NOS ones, and will include the ones that I replaced so the owner can have some extras. They test on the lower end of the good scale of my emissions tester (call them marginal).Does NOT come with any test leads, but it would not be difficult to fabricate a new set of test leads. I will also include a reprint of the factory assembly manual that I ordered from the new Heathkit company. Always good to have the manual for the piece of test equipment you are using so you know how to operate it correctly.
I was able to get an RF signal from it without difficulty, but I am selling this in AS-IS condition, with no warranties, ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS, due to the nature of vintage electronics.
