This is a pre-owned, tested and working, vintage Hitachi model PH-101 battery-powered pencil sharpener. Very hard to find. Does a great job of making your pencils pointy again!Uses 4 x AA batteries, not included. Has space to hold 3 pencils in storage (see photos). Battery compartment is corrosion-free.
There are 2 slightly discolored areas on one side, visible in the first photo, I did not try to remove them.
