You may be offerding on this pair of Neo-Flasher Warning Lights made by Light Products Inc of Beverly Hills, Cal. back in the late 40\'s or early 50\'s. The phone number that appears on the original warranty,GLencourt 1- 6892 dates these from about that time. I opened them up and found that one of them was very clean and one had a fair amount of rust on the plate. Some of the rust came off and I\'m guessing if the mechanism still works the light would fire up. I didn\'t try to find a battery that would fit this pair. These were originally sold in Oakland, Ca. as the receipt shows. The key on the lock is stuck but I didn\'t try to lube it to get it free. These will fit in a medium USPS priority box.
