Hard to find Vintage Letterpress Type tray or drawer. Xenobia Rule Case by Hamilton MFG of Two Rivers, WIS. You can find this drawer on page 1009 of the 1906 edition of the American Line Type Book.No Pull on this drawer. There are no screw holes or tack holes in the face of this drawer. Beautiful wood (see closeup photo of face board)This drawer measures approximately 32 1/4\" x 16 1/2\". Interior depth of the drawer is about 1\" while the outside depth is 1 3/8\" on the sides and back while the front is 1 3/4\". \"New Departure Patented\" and the Hamilton Maker\'s Mark are stamp on the top of the center frame board (see photo).There is one broken partition in the right hand section (see closeup photo). The rest of the dividers are present and in good condition.The bottom is plywood and it has some cracks in the top surface. The outside surface is in generally good shape. The drawer is structurally sound. It is much heavier than the average full size case.We cleaned the outside of the frame with a wood cle3aner and wiped the outside of the bottom with a cloth moistened with tap water. We also wiped two of the taller compartments just to the right of the mid-section and 4 of the square compartments in the mid-section (see closeup photo). The grayish looking stuff seems to wipe out fairly easily.Questions? Please ask.
