They don\'t make \'em like this any more.Pretty dusty/dirty around knobs - shows how much it was used.Sold as-is.Tested as follows --knob all the way to right (ohms) -- If I touch the alligator clamp to the probe, the needle moves to the left - not quite zero. I can adjust the needle by turning the zero knob.2nd test -- right hand knob to +dc volts -- I can adjust the needle by turning the zero knob.So, I guess it\'s in working condition.
