Here is a vintage pre-owned safety hard hat, made by Fibre Metal, In The U.S.A.
This was their SuperLite model.
The hat is made of a molded, rolled edge,aluminum metal, in a silver color. The brim is stamped SuperLite U.S.A.
The interior has a plastic adjustable head band, from 6-3/4\" to 8\" head size. The plastic has a leather sweat band.
The hat measures 12-1/4\" front to back, 10-1/2\" side to side, and 5-1/2\" tall.
This piece is in good original condition. There are no major dents, but a few scattered dimple dents on the ribs. The name, \"Jerry\" is lightly scratched into the rear top of the brim. There is a small amount of sticker residue on the front of the hat. The interior plastic is stillpliable, with no cracks or chips. Some discoloration on the plastic and leather sweat band from years of use.
