Very vintage, all original Wolf Model Form Co Size 5 Child\'s Form Model 1982. This form is exceptional in that the decal on the chest is still intact and very legible. The stamped on lettering on the form adds to its quirkiness and authenticity. The cast iron stand is marked \"Wolf Model Form Co Inc.\" It is on caster wheels and the height is adjustable.
