Vintage ESI model 250DE universal impedance bridge LCR meter with clean photocopy of extensive instruction manual, and 2 test clips. I have tested the capacitance and resistance functions and working fine, results agree with my inexpensive digital LC meter, but it may need calibrating. In VG condition with only usual light wear, meter needle moves smoothly & evenly, battery check working fine, all controls move/turn/click into place properly, battery compartment nice and clean.Related Items:
