You are buying one (1) Welch 1397 Vaccuum pump with pulleys, belt shroud, motor(bad), and stand. Not sure of status of the pump, but when you rotate the pulley buy hand you can hear a whooshing sound, kind of like an engine with compression. You will get the unit in the pictures.Sold as-is as shown in pics.
