This sale is for a used VC 841 Frequency Transducer.Upon researching I found the following:Item Description; Steel case with hammer tonefinish, 7.5\" x 3.375\" x 5.812\"Input is 120 VAC 55 to 65 Hz and the output is -1.5 to +1.5 Volts across 3,000 Ohms. The output should be +/- 0 at 60 Hz.
I connected it to 120 VAC at 60 Hz. (plugged it in the wall) and read the output voltage across a 3K resistor. It dithered about 0.004 volts DC. (The test connections show in the front label picture.)From that testing, I assume it is working but I have no way to vary the frequency to check linearity etc. so I\'m selling it AS-IS.These are going for lots of money on the web but I received it in a load of surplus so I\'ll let it go cheap.It weighs 12 pounds before packing.
