The Heat ZoneInduction Heater

The Heat Zone heats wax modeling tools without flame using an electromagnetic induction process and is sensor activated when a tool is inserted into the “zone”. It heats the tool safely and extremely fast, replacing the traditional Bunsen Burner. The induction form of heating ensures complete safety for non-metallic items such as fingers and clothing eliminating the potential for burns or fire.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS1. Plug unit into grounded outlet and switch to ON position.2. Confirm that the LED light is GREEN. If LED is RED, please adjust the sensitivity levelwith a small Phillips head screwdriver. Sensitivity level is located on left hand side ofunit. Turn left for more sensitive and right for less sensitive. Turn slowly until LED lightturns to GREEN.3. Insert wax tool into center hole, being careful not to touch the inside edge of the hole.It’s important to keep tool as centered in the hole as possible.4. While heating the tool the LED should blink alternately from GREEN to RED.5. Adjust sensitivity of Heat Zone to your tool. Insert tool into Heat Zone. Light shouldblink alternately from GREEN to RED. If it does not, increase sensitivity.6. Heat Zone will “time out” after 10 seconds of continuous heating.
