It has scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use. It could use some cleaning, and the filter bag is partially used. Please see the photos for more detail.No other parts or accessories, other than what is shown in the photos, is included in the listing.TestingWe tested the vacuum by plugging it in and powering it on. The vacuum started to hum loudly and then shortly after tripped a surge protector.We tried again, and were met with the same behavior. We disassembled the vacuum to inspect inside and try to locate the source of the problem. With the head unit disconnected, the upper unit would hum when powered and trip the surge protector.
Looking closer at the area where AC voltage is supplied to the head unit, we believe that issue is related either metal terminals or near the terminals. To verify this, we wired AC power to the motor directly and found that it is in fully working condition. It did not trip the surge protector or hum loudly while powered. The motor had no issues driving the brush.
This is the full extent of the testing performed. The vacuum needs electrical repair to restore function. As such, we are selling the vacuum as-is for parts or repair only.
