This is a nice preowned solar powered fence controller.
I purchase this from a farmer how said it worked when it was removed. After letting it sit in the sun for a couple of hours the controller light comes on and when I test it there is spark. When I take it out of the light the light goes out.
So, I think it could use a new 6 volt battery. They are about 10 dollars. I tested the leads going to the battery and was getting voltage coming from the solar panel to the battery. So it is charging the battery.
