I do like this candy machine for the following reasons: -Easy to operate -Can use hard candies or sugar -Fairly easy clean up (if candy gets in grates it's hard to clean) -doesn't make a mess like some do -makes a decent amount of cotton candy at one time Problems I encountered: -after a few uses the machine vibrates badly and is hard to use

I think it just does not work well! it took 1.5 hrs to make 3 golf ball size cotton candy pieces and I bought this worthless thing for a B-day party! I feel so ripped off! It's going in the trash nothing I can do to make it work better it just garbage I bought $15 in flavoring and 5 lbs of sugar and now what? so disappointed! Do not be fooled! High priced junk.

It’s a lot bigger than it looks in the photos! Just look up a youtube video to get a reference. Works so well, doesn’t throw sugar everywhere. Takes a little bit to start spinning webs but once it happens its so worth the money. You can use gummies, hard candies such as jolly ranchers and mints, and flossing sugar. Takes a little time to get the hang of it but once you do it works really well and the cotton candy tastes pretty good but I wouldn't use Jolly Ranchers I would just use the flow sugar stuff that you can buy at like Smart & Final in the cartons that seems to make the best cotton candy seems like the Jolly Ranchers they make the cotton candy comes out too strong too stiff too hard
