Wow. All the Texas BB users decided to come out tonight LOL

Where are you located? washington dc metro area
Which celular provider are you with? nextel/sprint
What blackberry are you using? 7100i
In brief, how's the quality of their service? (ie: dropped calls, reception, network errors, etc) i never have a problem with it at all

DINide 04-22-2006 01:13 PM

Chicago
Nextel
7100i
Coverage has been good to me, except for a few "blank" spots; such as long strips of forest preserve or areas where there are a lot of electronic stores.

BBRaffey 04-22-2006 01:20 PM

Farmington Valley, Connecticut
Europe for travel
Cingular Orange
8700c

No dropped calls

Pizzle 04-22-2006 01:23 PM

Wichita, KS
Aruba for travel (though I rarely even turn the BB on while I'm down there)
Cingular
8700c

No real issues to speak of. There are some outlying areas of town that are spotty, but that's to be expected, I guess. Service in town is the best I've had (previously with Sprint (before merger), T-Mobile, AT&T)

Fort Walton Beach/Crestview, Florida

7100i - Nextel/Sprint

8700c - Cingular

Had my first huge issue with Nextel in over 5 years. Tower was out for almost 5 days in my area. Besides that, great. Cingular is new to me and I'm loving them already. What's a dropped call??? LOL J/K

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry7520/4.0.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1)

I'm in Ottawa (Stittsville) I'm with Telus Mobility on my BB 7520. Service is reasonable. It is great in the building I work in as it has better building penetration. Up in Canada the Mike aka Nextel service is not as broad as the states but for ther line of work I do it works better having the 2-way.

Baltimore, Maryland Area
8700g on T-Mobile
Not bad coverage. Better with the 8700g on EDGE than my previous BB, a 7290, on GPRS. Although I wish my BB had the coverage that my Motorola e815 has on VZW.

joe allen 04-24-2006 08:44 AM
