It might not have to do with this outage, like i said if after this "global blackberry outage" if you still need to pull out the battery to switch between data and voice make sure to get an engineer on the phone to resolve this with tmobile.

We are out here in Northern NJ too.

I got one message a few minutes ago and that was it.

We have been getting a lot of virus emails lately. I wonder if this affected RIM's outage.

SE Michigan, T-mo... GPRS but no data (email, web, PIN, all down)... seems to be on and off though

Seems like it came back up. Just received all my messages.

I know the entire northeast is experiencing problems right now. However, some of co-workers devices have started working again but mine hasn't. Problem affects BES e-mail, BES Browser, and Cingular Browser. I believe there is an issue between the carriers and RIM.

Seattle Area Outage
 

We are having issues up here in Seattle with Cingular as well. I have not called in for T-Mobile (mixed carriers in the enterprise) but they seem to be doing better. Cingular gave me a 4 hour repair time (FWIW).

Los Angeles TMO still down at 9:57am PDT.

I have send an email from the BB at 9:53am PDT. The recipient got it, but it has not appeared in my Sent Items folder on Outlook after a sync with my Exchange and BES.

So the Blackberry outage continues.

I just talked to TMO Blackberry support. The outage is for North America, EU, and Asian Blackberries.

TMO's estimate (receive by them at 9am PDT) was 4 hours to repair -- or about 1pm PDT.

Still down on Cingular in Boston. #$^&!!! this has not been a good week for BB data reliability!

My email just came back and is fully up to date on TMO in Los Angeles at 10:27am PDT.

Mine keeps coming and going... Los Angeles - Cingular.
