I am looking forward to the pundits being wrong again and the Playbook being a great BB addition for those of us who believe in RIM/BB, have used the BB since the first versions, and have not been even tempted by the iPAD or Android tablet.

Long live RIM/BB and show the world what a good business machine should do.

In 2011 I'm looking for a few things from RIM but the first thing I'm looking is not actually a product.

(1) - I'm looking for RIM to do a better job at marketing their superior products over the competition. RIM has had a long history in making devices that exceeded the expectations of their client base. As a result, RIM had to do little advertising. As much as I hate to say it, Apple changed the rules of phone sales with incredible marketing. RIM is still suffering from poorer marketing (although it's getting a little bit better).

(2) - I'm looking for the Playbook to have a kickstand, removable storage, and a removable battery. That would great and attractive selling points from similar devices of the sort. There's no reason why the devices shouldn't be able to do so.

(3) - I'm looking for RIM stores to sell RIM products.

(4) - I'm looking for BBM to expand across platforms.

(5) - LASTLY, I love this Wireless Music Sync feature in OS 6. SO with the Playbook and all other future devices (but especially the Playbook with it having less connectivity than a computer), I'll be looking for a similar "File Sync" type of feature where many different media types can be wirelessly downloaded to the device from the computer.

Looking forward to my second baby being born in 2011, and hopefully some easier times for people everywhere. Secondarily im excited about the unveiling of new technologies and partnerships/relationships with those technologies. It feels like we're on the verge...

Like a few on this forum, I too have resisted the urge to leap to the apple bandwagon and purchased an iPad.

Would love the opportunity to own a Blackberry Playbook.

I'm looking forward to a trip to Bali that is coming up shortly.

BB related, I want the next OS6 to come out so that Google Voice can dial from my phone screen. I'm ready for that to be better integrated.

I'm looking forward to a more positive year that I've had in the last 3 or 4 years. I've grown tired of things going in the wrong direction in life.

This is the first time I've been back on the forum since the early spring, and I was totally shocked to see that RIM is coming out with a tablet. I've never been interested in an iPad, but if it's a Blackberry, I have to have it!
