T-Mobile & Cingular GPRS Outage Notification
 

I have asked to be sent email notifications whenever tmobile has to work on antenna/signal towers in all areas it covers both International and National. I have created a mail in db for it so all the emails go there and can be accessed by my team and the Helpdesk in case of emergencies.

This is a suggestion and I dont know if most of you are already using this feature offered to corporate customers or even know about it...

This would be great to explain why my CEO isnt getting email/voice at a certain time/day

I spoke to my tmobile and cingular engineer (by going through our corp rep).
