BB not working

Hi, theres a problem with my BBM, when I try to set it up it wont let me, it gets stuck on with a blue screen saying 'Setting un BBM' but it never goes any further.

When did it last work?

Do you have a Blackberry Data plan? Call your cell carrier "bold" and make sure the BB data plan is properly added and correctly set up.
