I have a Bold 9900 and when i use my camera with flash the mob shutdown compleltly and need to remove batttry and insert it again please help me i tried to setup new software and nothing change :cry:

I wonder about the battery. Maybe the flash is too much for a battery on its deathbed. Would be interesting to see what happens with another battery. But if the BlackBerry got wet all bets are off.

I tried anthor battry and the same proplem :S When i use camera without flash it's fine but when make flash on mobile shutdown get blackscreen and red light run and open software again

(a)Don't use the flash, or if you need to then do it and then do a battery pull

(b)get a new device

(c) get it repaired

Sounds like replacement time. I see no easy or cost-effective fix for this.
