Closing and restart problem

Hi,I've been using Blackberry Curve 9300 1 year.
My device started closing or restarting ,like every 30 mins .I changed my battery about 1 month ago. I wiped my device yesterday,and update it to 6.0.0.756 Vodafone Multilanguage. But the problem still continues.

Anyone who can help?

Do you have an SD media card in it? If so, try and remove it.
